“Tracey is the best auntie!!! Kynzley's first day was a little ruff by the pictures we received a few hours after we dropped her off. The next day we received a video of Kynzley chasing the other dogs and being chased by the other dogs. She was having a blast!!! We received a lot of pictures everyday which was great because we were missing her on our trip. Every pictures we received showed Kynzley having fun and she looked happy. When Kynzley was shown the chest full of stuffed animals.... Oh boy, it was Disneyland for her!!! When we picked up Kynzley and got home, she just knocked out from exhaustion. I'm glad I found Tracey and I will definitely use her again.”

But, she provided exceptional service like providing photo updates twice a day and responding to messages promptly. Although I don’t have access to base, it was easy to meet up with Mayra. And the real evidence was when I went to pick up Chloe: she wanted to give a final nuzzle before we left. That showed me how comfortable Chloe was with Mayra and her family. “Amy is a wonderful doggie sitter. Chase was very well cared for while staying with her. You can tell Amy really likes dogs. Chase is a diabetic and has to take medicine twice a day. Amy was great about giving him his injections. I could not have asked for a better person to take care of Chase. Both Chase and I look forward the next time!”

“Aloha! I had a last minute booking request which Jacque accepted and got back to me right away. She set up a call so we could ask any questions which was great. From the minute our 2 pugs arrived Jacque and her family made them feel at right at home. I received regular updates with text pictures and videos. I could not have asked for better care for our pugs. This was their first stay away from home and due to Jacque and her daughter’s attention and care they had a wonderful stay!
